After graduating from the European Classical High School, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Management (Administration, Finance, Control) at the University of Padua.
She is a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and certified Accountants of Padua.
Mainly dedicated to consulting in the areas of Finance and Management Control, with the aim of facilitating and strengthening the decision-making processes of the company.
She draws up forward-looking plans and business plans with a focus on economic and financial dynamics, both in terms of development and financial rebalancing, and assists the company in relations with investors, banks and financial stakeholders in general, including abroad.
She assists companies in internal management control, budgeting and performance monitoring, coordinating relations with governance bodies.
In the corporate and M&A field, she is dedicated in particular to the quantitative aspects related to accounting-financial due diligence and to the business evaluation issues.
